This course consists of three modules. The first module focuses predominantly on protein nutrition. The second focuses predominantly on our ewes nutritional requirements post-lambing and through lactation and the third starts with a quick refresh on digestible undegradable protein, DUP and the benefits for our ewe during lactation and post-lambing. Rumenco’s product of choice for this time of year is Rumevite GrazeDUP so we’ll look in more detail at this product, looking in particular at the features and benefits along with how we would recommend feeding it. Finally, we’ll look at some of the on farm data we have for GrazeDUP and finish with a revision on the benefits of block feeding.
